There's numbness in both hands and feet, sometimes pain and itching also. This problem started just after recovering from covid and still persists. Also vaccination is not done yet. Not even the first dose. Kindly recommend if we should go ahead and take the vaccine. Also if you want to suggest something else please go ahead. In need of immediate guidance.

Check guidelines for vaccination post Covid. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. If tingling is bothering you than need medication for short duration. Yes most likely due to neuropathy.
