I was tested positive 18 days back , and having mile chest pain on left side please help to understand my x ray

Chest radiograph-pa view shows non homogeneous opacities over the bilateral lower zones, better to compare if you have a previous chest radiograph,or do a ct thorax and consult a PULMONOLOGIST for further evaluation and management
