I was suffering from corona virus. But my reports now negative. I have taken all the medicines but still there is fatigue and headache I have anxiety and depression also. I have taken all the medicine after covid for power . But still no improvement. Please advise

Post Covid weakness can linger for one month or so. People suffering from Covid do become physically and mentally stressed out. Do give your body time to heal, also try brain relaxation techniques.

Hello Fatigue and headache will gradually decrease. If any other symptoms appear then only further management is needed. Take multivitamins rich in zinc and vit C tablets. Maintain proper hydration. Have a balanced diet, adequate protein. Do breathing exercises and light activity.
