Try to take the healthy food and there is no need of any medications now and drinking glass of milk in the morning and glass of milk in the night and your food should be rich in green leaves and green leafy vegetables and in time you have to take and if you are a non vegetarian take at least one boiled egg in one day and well cooked non vegetarian food at least once in 3 days and take at least one or two types of fruits in one day and drink at least two litres of water. Just relax and take rest along with the above said food habits and definitely the weakness will comes under control.
