I had just recover from COVID i was asymptomatic with just wet cough... I was postive for 7 days. Everything is ok but I lost my appetite after 2 days plus my cough it's still there ...what to do.

Take plenty of warm fluids. Your apetite will improve in a week or two. Till that you can take syrup. Aptivate 2 tsf half hour before meals. For dry cough you take syrup. Supracof DX 2tsf twice daily.
Next Steps
Get an Xray chest done if cough doesn’t resolve in two weeks.
