Post covid complications

Sir/madam.. I was tested positive for covid on 30th July this year with very mild symptoms and now I have 0 symptoms. My problem is I am having a feeling of some pressure in my forehead and a sensation or feeling of fluid running down to my nose through my forehead. Please give me valuable suggestions sir.. I am in government quarantine. Please tell me any home remedies or advice that might relieve my un-tolerable sensation when bending down or looking down. 🙏🙏🙏 P. S. - I have had Asthma from birth to 12 yrs of my age and my mother had sinusitis
