Post cold or flu whitish phlegm

2023-06-07 06:23:38
Hello, I had developed cold/flu like symptoms from 15th May and the symptoms subsided in about two weeks. I had fever for four days and post that congestion and cough. The cough is still persistent especially when my throat gets dry or I go for a walk and come back. I still have a little phlegm that comes with the cough once or twice a day but is mostly off whitish in color. I have pain in the chest and back from coughing. I have full energy levels, no fever and my spo2 is 99%. Is there any remedy for this post viral cough?

Seems post viral cough irritant jn nature. Continue antihistamines and salt water gargling if possible. Consult if you need further remedy.
