Post Circumcision problem

It's been a week since then a part of my circumcision stitch is not at all drying .It is round and bit swollen and I observed that after applying ointment the region becomes yellow sticky gooey,I don't know wheather it is being secrated from inside .I am really scared . Is it pus ...the wound is not drying . Please HELP ME .
