Appendix surgery done 3 years ago and it was eliminated by cutting lower abdomen. Is it will affect or complicate any future caesarean surgery at the time of delivery? Is there any maximum limit of surgery/cutting in abdomen?

Usually site for LSCS is defferent from open appendectomy, so it doesn't create much hurdles for LSCS. Every surgery creates some weakness over site of operation scar for future. But there is no any limits for operation over abdomen, it's necessity of the patient to manage their problems. Every next operation will be some difficult after previous.

Usually it won't affect, ur cesaerian section.. No such limits for surgery in abdomen, but it may weaken ur abdominal muscles and later date there is a chance of having incidional hernias..
