Hi... Recently I was admitted in the hospital for severe chest pain complaints. ... Ecg, echo were normal... And doctor performed angiogram and find there is no block... And post angiogram still am having on and off chest pain and chest pressure... How long it will take to recover from coronary angiogram... Is it common to have chest pressure for everyone undergoing angiogram.. it's been 4 days and it's coming and going

Since angiography is normal this pain is not heart related. Consult a physician

In angiogram all they do is inject a very small quantity of die to see the blood vessel. Which leaves the vessel in few seconds.  As its not a surgery,  it dose not require time to recover. The pain is non Cardiac. Most probably Acid reflux which appears very similar to cardiac pain.
Next Steps
take medication for acid reflux

Coronary Angiogram will not cause Chest pain. Please don't worry as all your cardiac evaluation were normal.
