Possible Venous leakage issue

2026-08-15 19:34:25
I am not able to hold my erection for long. The erection happens but fizzles out in a few moments and I fear this is due to venous leakage. I am looking for proper diagnosis and non invasive treatments

The non sustainable erection can be due to neuromuscular concern, harmonal change, stress induced or structural changes. It needs to be ruled out immediately otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Difficulty maintaining an erection does not automatically mean venous leakage. Erection loss can occur due to anxiety/performance pressure, inadequate arousal, sleep problems, hormonal or metabolic factors, medication effects and vascular causes. True veno-occlusive dysfunction (“venous leak”) requires objective assessment rather than being diagnosed from the fact that an erection fades. Penile duplex Doppler, usually performed with pharmacologically induced erection, can assess both arterial blood flow and the veno-occlusive mechanism.
Next Steps
I would recommend a proper evaluation rather than assuming that you have venous leakage. If the clinical history warrants specialised testing, a penile duplex Doppler can provide useful information about penile vascular function. It is minimally invasive and is considered an important test for evaluating suspected vascular ED. If no significant vascular abnormality is found, non-invasive management can focus on the underlying cause, lifestyle factors and sexual-performance factors rather than invasive procedures. Health Tips
Maintain regular exercise, adequate sleep, healthy body weight and good stress management. Avoid repeatedly checking whether your erection is staying firm, as this can increase sympathetic/anxiety responses and make maintaining an erection more difficult. Also avoid self-diagnosing venous leak from internet information or pursuing invasive procedures without objective confirmation. In many men, erection-maintenance problems are treatable without surgery, so obtaining the correct diagnosis is the first and most important step. Thank you
