My boyfriend and I got tested for STDs a couple of days ago. His pee came out having positive nitrites and high levels of WBC and RBC. Is it highly possible he has an std?

He has a urinary tract infection. Please have him do a urine culture and see a urologist/physician with reports. In the meantime, ask him to drink 3 lit water everyday
