My vagina has been hurting and slightly itchy the past week and now there is an orange-red coloured discharge coming out.

Get urself examined by a gynaecologist as u r hvng some infection. It could be anything and antibiotics or further treatment ll be given accordingly only.. Without examination its difficult to say
