  4. No infection but clitoris hurting. Done?

No infection but clitoris hurting
Hi I have done an UTI test and it's negative No signs of yeast infection also I am on my last day of period and my clitoris nerves hurt. When touched as well I am low on vitamins vit B12 is 8.43 and vit D3 115 Please let me know what needs to be done
