Question: based on below diagnosis- which stage it is ? What is the most suitable suggested treatment based on below diagnosis . First diagnosis( endoscopy-10 January) - Poorly differentiated carcinoma, Non Hodgkin lymphoma .Recommended immunohistochemistry before undergoing any radical treatment . CT scan ( 16 January ) - long segment circumferential 9-16 mm diffuse mild enhancing wall thickeness for approx 6 cm length in pyloric region -s/o likely Ca stomach.adjacent mesentric few mild enhancing 10-16mm lymph nodes .Adv. endoscopy/biopsy correlation -right Supra renal nodule in the main body-? Incidentaloma -left renal simple cortical cyst. PET scan (18 January ) - Ill defined intensely hypermatbolic circumferential mural thickening seen involving the pyloric end of stomach ,as described -search of primary pathology.corelation with histopathology and immunochemistry is suggested. Hypermetabolic regional lymphadenopathy -suggestive of metastases/ involvement .
