Possible C6 fracture?

Woke up with a knot in back. Had a chiropractic adjustment and deep tissue massage to work it out. Symptoms progressed to numbness in right index finger with right arm spasms and moderate loss of strength in right arm. X-ray shows something on C6 (if possible I’d like to upload the picture to you) so dr prescribed an oral steroid and scheduled an mri to get a better look. No trauma, healthy 34 y.o. Male

Likely a multi-national desk job employee. This is basically trapezius fibro fascitis with severe spasm due to an underlying rotator cuff muscle dysfunction or scapular dyskinesis. Do not worry! please upload your x-rays on a personal consultation. we will be more than happy to help. The treatment essentially is Exercises and postural training. Medications and electrotherapy will help you mask symptoms while you start exercises and tide over the acute phase. Muscle relaxant, Neurotonics and Analgesics will work for you.
Next Steps
Consult in person. Do not worry. You shall just be alright, would take a week or two.
