Positive pregnancy test

I have irregular menstrual cycle. My last period was on 29th october,till now there is no periods.Today I did a home pregnancy test and it showed positive result.There is no chance to get pregnant. I took 2 tablets of ondansetrone 4mg on last week.Can you please reply me.

if you r doubtful that the urine pregnancy test may be false positive you can get a serum bhcg blood test which will confirm whether your pregnant or not.
