Hello My NT value is 1.79 Unossified nasal bone on one side Free bHCG is 41.18 IU/I PAPP-A is 0.909 IU/I PLGF is 23.05 Pg/ml Combined double marker test is positive (1in 10) I am 39 years at present.Waiting for NIPT report. I wanted to know what are the chances of getting a normal report with this ratio?

Since age is 39 years , you should go for amnio/chorio centesis. Nipt will also not be 100 % conclusive since it is also a screening test just like dual marker.
