I feel dizziness while changing positions while asleep, if I make head upwards (Example :while soaking clothes or drinking water). Visited ENT doctor, has given Cognix plus tablet (daily one for 15 days). My question is how long this positional vertigo persists and what is the cause. My BP is normal.
