I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time. Porn addiction can indeed have negative effects on various aspects of life, including career and decision-making. It's positive that you've taken the step to quit pornography, as that can be an important part of addressing the issue. Porn addiction can impact your ability to focus on your career by consuming your thoughts and energy, making it difficult to concentrate on important tasks and goals. It can also lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and low self-esteem, which can further hinder your motivation and productivity. Additionally, excessive consumption of pornography can affect your brain's reward system and lead to a decrease in sensitivity to everyday pleasures. This can make it challenging to find satisfaction in other areas of life, including work and personal relationships. It may also interfere with your ability to make clear and rational decisions, as your thoughts may be clouded by sexual thoughts or fantasies. If you're still experiencing difficulties even after quitting pornography, it might be beneficial to seek support from a mental health professional. Remember that recovery takes time, and it's important to be patient and kind to yourself during this process. Building new habits and finding healthy coping mechanisms can help you move forward and regain control over your thoughts and actions.

Greetings So porn is a high brain stimulating video. So it can at times impair other areas ..try practicing relaxation techniques and not forcing yourself to work .. instead take small breaks and reward yourself... Rest for better management plan need detailed evaluation Thank you
