Hello,blackheads occur when there is occlusion of sebaceous glands with sebum.iy happens because of hormonal changes.use salicylic acid face wash.blackheads or comedones need to be removed along with peels treatment which help in reducing their severity and recurrence.consult dermatologist for these treatments.
