Poor urine pressure and flow

I do not feel enough pressure of urine. Sometimes, i press my lower abdomen to know if i want to urinate. Even when i go to the washroom, the flow/stream of urine is really weak. I have to push to get a proper stream if I am in a hurry. I was diagnosed with bladder neck obstruction a few years back because i used to feel urine retention and had to try double voiding or tapping to get my bladder empty. That problem is still there, even after treatment. Now I am experiencing pain in the upper back as i move, everyday i wake up. The pain is more on the right side. The pain is really sharp in the morning but subsides during the day. I sleep on my back or on my right side and use a baby pillow. I have never experienced this kind of pain before. Also, my urine is really dark yellow in the morning, but it is light yellow or clear during the day. Can it be a kidney or liver related issue?

If you are still facing the problem with the urine flow, there is a possibility that their is a large residual urine, leading to back pressure to kidney and hence pain. You should get fresh basic evaluation done. If it is suggestive then you can go for more sophisticated tests.
