Pooping immediately after having food. Feeling cold and some times small fever also. This​ is seen for past 4weeks.

For fever cold for past four weeks. You should get few investigations done . Complete blood count, blood culture, urine routine microscopy, sgot, sgpt,. Tab Crocin 650mg as and when required in case of fever. Cap vizylac twice daily Tab Zifi 200mg twice daily.
