Try a laxative powder.. LOOZ FIBRE.. 2 spoons in once cup of water.. after breakfast lunch and dinner for 3 days. And avoid refined flour. Take more of water in the entrie dag and use more of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
If no improvement im 3 days.. meet a physician
