I've had runny diarrhea and excessive cramping for 5 days now. I also have the occasional vaginal bleeding, more like spotting. I am a 46 year old female. I've recently began to feel nauseous and dizzy.

Get ur pap smear done for the occasional Vaginal bleeding u are having.,also get ur BP ,and health check done ,u may meanwhile take medication for nausea diarrhea etc
