Polypoidal mucosal thickening is seen in the left maxillary sinus. What does it mean? Is there any risk for that in future?

In chronic sinusitis..due to inflammation sinus mucosal lining become polypoidal..if untreated frank polyp may develop.visit an ENT specialist for proper management.
