My nose is bleeding after every 15-20 days, I consulted a doctor, he gave me some antibiotics n cream, but still bleeding after the gap of 15 days. My CT scan report is attached

You seem to be having polypoidal lesion the left side of the nasal cavity which might be cause for your bleeding. You need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. If that lesion is the cause for bleeding then surgical excision of the polyp may be the cure for your condition
