Polyp 3.5 mm in gallbladder

I have gone through ultrasound and there is polyp of 3.5mm in gallbladder and there is no stones in it so how to cure from it and what is the risk ?

This size polyp no treatment. Annual usg to monitor size. Treatment required if greater than 1 CM.

If you have no other complaints like pain, severe acidity, nausea- then no need for any active treatment. Just followup with an ultrasound scan a year later, to look for increase in size of polyps, number of polyps .
