How can I avoid getting Polymorphic light eruption? I believe I get this every spring when I go south on vacation. I do not get it at home during summer months and would like to take/do something to prevent it

Light eruptions are because of sun light. Avoid it as much as possible. Wear long sleeves, covered clothes, hat, etc. Apply sunscreen with minimum SPF30 every 4 hourly.. Apply moisturiser at night.
