Hello, Is she having periods before 28 days of menstrual cycle. She should consult a gynaecologist and get herself evaluated to rule out the cause behind abnormal periods. Track your menstrual cycles properly for three months and if it worsens then visit a gynecologist for immediate evaluation.

Hi, What do you mean by polymenorrhea? Does she get her periods in less than 21 days every month? If tat is what you mean, you will need a detailed examination to look into the causes and treat the cause of it. If you aren't sure of the problem, I suggest you maintain a menstrual calendar for atleast 3 months to get a more clear idea of the menstrual cycle. Note down the start day of each period, number of bleeding days, how many napkins used per day, any associated symptoms like pain.(These things should be noted for all the days the period goes on). After three months there will be visual reference of the menstrual cycle, thus helping you and your doctor figure out the problem better. Hope this helps.
