Hello...If IPV is not available, we substitute with OPV drops at 6,10,14 weeks and then at 9 and 18months...I guess your Pediatrician should have administered it, even if not additional doses will not harm your baby...Apart from your regular vaccination shedule you can give your child extra doses of opv when govt gives it on national immunisation days....Hope this clears your doubt.
