good morning. it is written onschedule immunization card. it is tobe given 4-6 weeks interval three doses at 2,3,4 months again booster at one and half years age ,5thdose --2nd booster at four and half years of age. you can give pentavalent vaccine which has intramuscular dose of polio vaccine(Salk Vaccine). we are having drive for polio vaccination . you keep giving whenever there is drive. This is special vaccine specific to strain of polio reported.. please give all vaccines. we are able to prevent many diseases.

Needs birth dose ,then 6,10,14 weeks then 6 months and 16-18month according to national immunization schedule. Then pulse polio doses upto 5 year s.
