I'm a XDR-TB patient from Mumbai, India. I'm consuming heavy medicines for it since 17th of march, i hadn't Masturbated since 5th of March. 2 days back i Masturbated and ejaculated and suddenly I'm facing alot of  symptoms of POIS(post orgasmic illness syndrome) like chest pain, headache, feverish, fatigue. I read about this illness just 2 days back. Right now my only concern is i want to know when will the symptoms go away. I am ready to leave Masturbation for the next 24 months or even for life time. But can someone please help me with this? Because i can't afford starting another medications which coincide with my XDR-TB medicines.
