Can we repeat crp and cbc one day before completing antibiotic or after completing full course. Please suggest

If the child has no symptoms, doing well or improving then no need of repeat reports. Complete the course of antibiotics 7 to 14 days as advised by the doctor and follow up if required. Cough can be there for few more days but no fever than no reports.
