Pneumonia vaccine and Parkinson's

My mother (80 years) is suffering from advanced Parkinson's since last 5 years. She has deficulty swallowing solid food. In the month of February she was diagnosed with Pneumothorax and was treated with ICD procedure. She still has minimal pneumothorax. Is it advisable to give her pneumonia vaccine?
