Based on your history, it appears that you may be experiencing a combination of premature ejaculation (PE) and intermittent difficulty maintaining an erection during intercourse. Since your erection is adequate initially, penetration is possible, and your erection is lost only after a few seconds or ejaculation occurs quickly with faster thrusting, this does not necessarily indicate a serious or permanent problem. It is quite common during the initial months of marriage for couples to experience variations in sexual performance as they adapt to a new sexual relationship. Even if you do not feel anxious, excitement, heightened stimulation, and the novelty of intercourse can contribute to both early ejaculation and temporary loss of erection. The reassuring point is that your wife is satisfied, which suggests that this issue is not significantly affecting your relationship at present. However, since it is causing concern to you, it is worthwhile to address it early, as both PE and mild erectile difficulties are highly treatable.
Next Steps
Consult us for a detailed clinical evaluation. A proper assessment will help determine whether this is primarily premature ejaculation, mild erectile dysfunction, or a combination of both, and the most appropriate treatment can then be planned. For a comprehensive evaluation and personalized guidance, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. We will help identify the underlying cause and provide an individualized treatment approach to improve both erection quality and ejaculation control.
Health Tips
Maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly, sleeping 7–9 hours daily, eating a balanced diet, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol. Regular physical activity and stress management improve blood flow and overall sexual health. Remember that sexual satisfaction is not determined only by the duration of intercourse but also by emotional intimacy, communication, and mutual understanding. With appropriate guidance and, if required, treatment, most men with these symptoms experience significant improvement and go on to have a satisfying and fulfilling sexual life. Thank you

Dear Practo User, It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot in past and sometimes you still do. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

It might be a new thing for you both... Many times it can be due to oversensitivity of the penile nerves and muscles which leads to pme. The cause seems to be more physical. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Mostly these problems are common in first few months after marriage and are often temporary. Maintain a healthy lifestyle regular exercise, adequate sleep, avoid smoking and excessive alcohol. Practice techniques such as the start-stop or squeeze method to improve ejaculatory control. Consult a qualified urologist or sexologist for a detailed evaluation If symptoms continue for more than 2–3 months or become bothersome. Avoid self-medication.
