Can u Check the attached ECG...I was having some palpitations dizziness and some other symptoms... So it was done in afternoon The machine calculated qtc by hodges- 417 but by eye it seems prolonged... can u plz check if it is or not? My heart rate was 122

Done go by what it looks, In fast heart rate qtc is ideal way for measurement of long qt interval. Anyvalue less than 440ms is normal as your case
