I have fissure issue. I have tried so many medicine and antibiotics also. I heard about Pilex and Pilex forte. Which  one is good for fissure pain and swelling

U take pilex forte one tab three times a day. Drink enough water. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts. Buttermilk,enough water,veg stew,fruit juices  millets drink are good .
