Doc, I am suffering from Gastritis, gerd, hyperacidity, throat chest burn , indigestion etc. I visit doc and examine she saud I have lax LES and small haital hernia. As per doc recommendation I'm leading simple life style, simple food, and yoga. Bt some yoga postures make reflux and sour water brash inside mouth. Plz help which yoga posture should avoid. Plz specify the names.
