I have spine tb and this is latest xray of my lumbar spine area..would request your opinions abt the current status of damage in lumbar spine. Is it reversible by rest or medicine or it looks like a surgery case?

Hello, Current status of damage : Significant changes has noted in terms of Kyphosis and scoliosis Reversible: NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT SURGICAL MANAGEMENT AS ONE NEED TO CORRECT THE BONY ALIGNMENT for tht Rest or Medicine is contributing factor. Rest and Treatment for TB have to continue with Chest Physician and Have to complete.
