Plz check this ekg... I Have typical cardiac pain- whenever I walk for just 10 minutes.... my upper and epi gastric region of chest starts hurting very bad n after rest it becomes bit better but I also get pain at rest sometimes... now today I made 10 minute walk to hospital, climbed 2 floor of stairs and induced the pain and got ecg done My bp-150/100, SPO2- 98-99% Written report says no abnormalities Last week also had ecg which was normal Echo also fine- no sugar, no lipids , no premature heart disease in family... Tmt done 2 years ago- negative Why do I have typical angina pain but no test abnormality
