  4. Plz check image. Image of my anal area?

Can u plz check attached image of my anal area? I am having severe pain in this area sinxe 3-4 days... There seem to be some growth there which is extremely painful to touch... I have had anal pain since long.. MRI abdomen pelvis last year showed healed fistula The pain happens for some days n goes away then Plz it's a request to check images n what it is..thanks

Images are not clear in the sense that the distance between the swelling and anal opening cannot be made out in the pics. It looks like anal fissure with skin tag
