Feed two to three hourly, so u will not feel congestion and pain. You can do hot fomentation to reduce pain. You have to use feeding bra or one size larger. Don't worry about Size.

After few months with complete stoppage of lactation breast shrinks... Milk secretion can be reduced by medicines but you don't need them.
