I have done comprehensive health checkup and reports shows high platellet count,anemic. Want doctor to analyse the report

We need to See CBP If patient has anemia and high platelets ( Especially if microcytic and hypochromic anemia) Most likely iron deficiency But we need to see the report before coming to any conclusions
