EXAMINATION: MRI BRAIN TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar, Multisequence exam. Post contrast study. CLINICAL DATA : Known operated case of left frontal meningioma. FINDINGS: Follow up study. Compared and correlated with previous MRI study dated December 1 , 2016 Status post left frontal and temporal craniotomy for left frontal convexity meningioma. Ovoid FLAIR hyperintense lesion measuring about 0.8 cm diameter is seen involving the left middle cerebellar peduncle. Post contrast study shows nodular enhancement in the lesion. Rest of the brainstem and cerebellum appears normal. Post op changes are seen in the left frontal convexity. Gliotic changes are seen in the left frontal lobe. Previously noted left frontal epidural collection has resolved, however, post contrast study shows pachymeningeal thickening in the left frontal postop region. A focal bone defect with an associated dural defect is seen along the left inferior frontal aspect along the superolatera
