I went to a homeopathy doctor. The assistant gave me 5 bottles of globules which are diluted with medicine. In each of the bottles there are 2/3 globules which have these yellowish or dark spots (attached pictures). What is this? Is it safe to consume the rest of the globules?

Homoeopathic pills are made of sucrose and used as vehicle for liquid medicine which is dispensed in these pills. Yellowing of pills or spots on pills are not fit to be consumed and must be discarded.
