My father is 76 years of age and we had done ultra sound abdomen as he has some pain near the prostate that is near the left side of abdomen. We got the report as below GRADE II RENAL PARENCHYMAL CHANGES. GRADE I PROSTATOMEGALY. LEFT RENAL CORTICAL CYST. Is this some thing serious or its common with age. Please find the attached report
