My LMP date is 26/03/2020. My period is sometimes extended by 5-6 days. This is my first and second sonography report.Please can anyone explain about this report whether I should wait or to terminate this pregnancy

You should wait , your dates are not reliable , get scan repeated after 14 days. Please start taking folic acid and some injectioms , progesterone  etc are advisable.
