Welcome and Good Evening Your concern 1. Father having PAIN in left nipple while     pressing from last ONE MONTH 2. ULTRASONOGRAPHY findings A. Small 7.6x5.9mm, well defined, hypoechoic, RETROAREOLAR lesion in left side of breast B. Right AXILLA      . Small lymph node      . Size - 8x4mm      . Showing ECHOGENIC HILUM C. Left AXILLA      . Small lymph node      . Size - 13x5mm      . Showing ECHOGENIC HILUM D. Impression:      . Consistent with left side           GYNAECOMASTIA 3. PLEASE SUGGEST THE     1. LINE OF TREATMENT     2. IS THIS REPORT IS FEARFUL? MY OPINION PAINFUL RETROAREOLAR swelling/lump in left breast,  of ONE MONTH DURATION,  with BILATERAL lymph node enlargement and  ECHOGENIC HILUM on USG findings. All are in favour of BENIGN nature of lump breast. BUT for  DEFINITIVE DIAGNOSIS and management - comprehensive medical history, examination and necessary investigations are required
Next Steps
Consult Surgeon
Health Tips
FNAC/ US guided FNAC ( Fine needle aspiration cytology) of swelling/ lump breast and bilateral lymph nodes is required. Thanks Regards
