MY OPINION
PAINFUL RETROAREOLAR swelling/lump in left breast, of ONE MONTH DURATION, with BILATERAL lymph node enlargement and ECHOGENIC HILUM on USG findings.
All are in favour of BENIGN nature of lump breast.
BUT for DEFINITIVE DIAGNOSIS and management - comprehensive medical history, examination and necessary investigations are required
Next Steps
Consult Surgeon
Health Tips
FNAC/ US guided FNAC ( Fine needle aspiration cytology) of swelling/ lump breast and bilateral lymph nodes is required.
Thanks
