Please suggest next level of treatment
Have done with 6 cycles of chemo with capacitibine+oxaliplatin+bevacizumab for stage 4 colon cancer metastasis to segment 5 of liver.after 6 cycles have done pet scan and suggested to continue palliative chemotherapy as surgery is not useful at this stage.can u pls clarify to go with surgery or not.please suggest.
Need to have a look at earlier scans
The current scan says there is near complete resolution of liver lesion and no other lesions
Surgery can be done, decision of same to be based on earlier reports and an examination of patient
